| City 1st needed a website which was inviting and friendly, but also projected a strong sense of professionalism and stability of a mortgage lender. In addition, their existing website used third-party calculator, secure mortgage application tools, and generic industry information pages which did not "feel" like a true part of their website. |

| Concentric Design created a clean, organized, and fresh-looking website which is simple to navigate, projects a friendly and professional public image, and incorporates graphic Java calculators and secure loan application tools which feel very much an integrated part of the new website. Concentric Design also incorporated PayPal® technology into the new site to enable City 1st clients to pay loan application and appraisal fees online with a credit card. |

| Additional services provided by Concentric Design included: business cards, custom icon creation, slideshow, copywriting, and the creation of individual loan officer websites contained with the corporate city1st.com site. Individual loan officer websites allow for the creation of personalized websites for City 1st agents within a standardized company template, and marketed under the company-sanctioned URL: city1st.com/yourname. |
